7-8 February 2019, Seeheim-Jugendheim
On Friday February 8th 2019, the Annual Meeting of the Transregional Collaborative Research Center TRR219 took place in Seeheim Jugendheim. This was preceeded by a Cardiorenal Winter School of the graduate school SFB TRR 219 IRTG on Thursday February 7th. In this Winter School both doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers participated in an interesting Workshop about Self-management, communication and assertiveness. This was followed by a keynote lecture by Prof. Dr. Alan Daugherty from the University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY, USA. Afterwards, PhD students and postdocs discussed ongoing science projects in poster sessions. Here, Juliane Hermann (PhD candidate) supervised by Prof. Dr. Vera Jankowski, and Maurice Halder (PhD candidate) supervised by Prof. Dr. Rafael Kramann, were awarded with the price for best poster presentation.
